# Jupiter: First core working group budget proposal vote passed with 75% support

Jupiter announced that the CWG (Core Working Group) budget vote has ended. After three days of voting, the DAO’s support rate for the latest CWG budget proposal was 75%, the opposition rate was 19%, and the abstention rate was 6%. This result resulted in the core working group becoming Jupiter's first working group. The CWG will publish a post later tomorrow via [Jupresear.ch](http://Jupresear.ch) reviewing improvements to the voting process, and plans to hold a town hall meeting later this week.
