The ultimate goal is to professionally produce a full video course & run cohorts, then iterate with more veterans & live sessions; but let’s take it one step at a time! Our goal for the next 2 months is to transform all of the recorded content into a full DAO course, based on which we’ll run the first cohort of DAOs. All goes as well as so far, there will be more proposals to take it to the next level, produce video content etc. We also plan on continuing DAOcember every year, making it a more decentralized schelling point with even more DAO veterans & DAOs being represented, then again using the newly gained wisdoms to reiterate on playbooks etc. etc. etc. Long term, we see DAOcember as a virtual equivalent of all of us landing in a major city for a week of events - except accessible to anyone & with an explicit goal of passing on wisdom from the veterans & the trenches, to the next generation of builders. Besides, as an event for digitally native organizations meant to empower anyone, doesn’t it make most sense that it’s a virtual event? 🙃 But don’t worry! We also see a future of people organizing local meetups & digi-physical hackathons around DAOcember! 👀Our wishAlright, back to the present reality! 😅 We only need about $10k to cover the cost of organizing DAOcember AND write The Ultimate DAO Playbook 2024. We already produced a load of value for the ecosystem & some of the DAOs involved. Judging by the feedback so far, the event has been a great success for very cheap.
