# My first Mirror entry

This is my first Mirror entry. At the time of writing crypto is in the midst of a bear market and the macroeconomic climate looks as worse as 2008.

But I'm not worried.

The potential of blockchains, Ethereum and the whole NFT and DeFi ecosystem is immense. I believe that we are still in the early stages of adoption and that the coming years will see tremendous growth in both the use cases and the technology itself.

I think that NFTs have the potential to change the way we think about ownership and value, and that DeFi can provide a much needed alternative to the current financial system.

I’m no writer, so this will most probably be my only entry I make here. But if the crypto revolution will really take place I'll be sure to look back on this time and remember how early we still were.

Let’s see how high we will be in the coming decade…
