# My first Mirror entry

This is my first Mirror entry. At the time of writing crypto is in the midst of a bear market and the macroeconomic climate looks as worse as 2008. But I'm not worried. The potential of blockchains, Ethereum and the whole NFT and DeFi ecosystem is immense. I believe that we are still in the early stages of adoption and that the coming years will see tremendous growth in both the use cases and the technology itself. I think that NFTs have the potential to change the way we think about ownership and value, and that DeFi can provide a much needed alternative to the current financial system. I’m no writer, so this will most probably be my only entry I make here. But if the crypto revolution will really take place I'll be sure to look back on this time and remember how early we still were. Current ETH price: 1’640 USD Let’s see how high we will be in the coming decade… Cheers Phage
