If you’re looking for a solid introduction, then look no further than his track “Time”. Being an indie rapper from the south is a familiar story we’ve heard before. The added fact that Mays is from Houston has me listening. Texas has long been a state that’s produced artists that have gone from zero to a hundred in an instant. If Mays gets his city behind him, watch out. If you need a southern rapper to add some spice to your playlist, this is a guy to latch onto: great aesthetics, and even better songs.
