In the realm where power resides,

Where destinies intertwine,

Stands the holder of a sacred role,

A leader strong, with purpose defined.

A chosen one, bestowed with might,

To guide the path, to be the light,

A servant to the vision pure,

With burdens heavy, they endure.

A leader's charge, a noble quest,

To lead the way with strength and zest,

To weave together hearts and minds,

And leave no soul untouched behind.

With courage as their closest ally,

And wisdom gained through many trials,

They navigate a tumultuous sea,

To build a world where all are free.

They listen, empathize, and understand,

For unity is their guiding hand,

Through storms of doubt and fear, they stride,

With hope and inspiration by their side.

A leader's charge is not just power,

But also empathy in every hour,

To uplift those who long for change,

And foster growth on every page.

They uplift the downtrodden souls,

And bridge the gaps that divide us all,

A beacon shining in the darkest night,

A catalyst for justice and what is right.

Yet, humbled by the weight they bear,

No traces of arrogance nor despair,

With humility, they stand so tall,

Embracing their duties, embracing all.

A leader's charge, a sacred trust,

To serve with honor, to be the thrust,

That steers the ship through unknown tides,

And paves the way for future strides.

So let us honor those who take,

The mantle of leadership without mistake,

And may they always lead with grace,

Guiding us to a brighter space.

For a leader's charge is a sacred flame,

Igniting hope, igniting change,

And as they journey through this dance,

May their legacy forever enhance.
