poem

---

Oh, father dear, where has the time gone?

Once a child, now all grown and strong.

In the blink of an eye, your daughter did grow,

From crawling on the floor to standing tall a row.

With closed eyes, memories flood your heart,

Of days filled with laughter, right from the start.

A kaleidoscope of moments, woven as one,

A tapestry of love, a journey that's been done.

Through sleepless nights and tender care,

You watched her flourish, each step she'd dare.

And now, as you open your eyes wide,

A smile adorns her face, filling you with pride.

Her laughter echoes, a symphony so sweet,

A testament of love, a bond that's complete.

For though time may be swift, slipping through our grasp,

The love of a father and daughter will forever last.

So cherish each moment, hold them near,

For in the blink of an eye, they'll disappear.

But the love and pride, they'll forever remain,

A connection unbroken, through joy and pain.

Embrace the beauty of this journey, my dear friend,

For it is in the fleeting moments, love transcends.

And as she continues to grow, spread her wings,

Your love will be the anchor that forever sings.
