# The painful goodbye

There is a sadness that lingers, when endings draw near,

A bittersweet symphony, a melancholy veneer.

For even in new beginnings, where hope may reside,

The echoes of what was lost can never truly subside.

In the twilight of partings, a heaviness prevails,

A longing for what once was, a tale that still trails.

The memories we cherish, the moments we hold dear,

Are etched in our hearts, like whispers in the air.

No matter how bright the dawn, or how promising the morn,

Some endings leave imprints, like wounds yet unborn.

The ties that were severed, the bonds left untied,

Leave voids deep within us, where emotions reside.

Yet within this sadness, there lies a sacred truth,

That life is a tapestry of endings and reproof.

For every farewell carries seeds of new grace,

A chance for rebirth, a fresh path to embrace.

So let us honor the endings, with reverence and care,

For they shape our journey, the burdens we share.

And as we bid farewell, to what we once held dear,

May we find solace in knowing, that love will persevere.

For there is a beauty, in the sadness we find,

A reminder of our humanity, intertwined.

In each ending, a new chapter begins to unfold,

As the tapestry of life weaves stories yet untold.
