*   Points earned for tipping on Warpcast are now based on the quantity of $RARE tipped.
    
*   The count of tips is no longer the basis for points.

FAQ
---

In response to the recent changes, there have been various comments, so here are a few FAQ-like interactions that I've picked out.

**1) Does this mean if you have, say, an allowance of 100 then it's better to give all 100 to one post than split it up into 10 different posts?**  
\>>It means it doesn't have an impact on allowance either way. (whether you do it in 1 or 1000 tips, it's the total amount that matters)

**2) Wouldn’t that just mean that people with big allowances just get bigger allowances faster than those who have smaller ones, then?**  
\>>Interaction in the channel like comments and casts and on the site counts too?

Allowance Error
---------------

Additionally, it seems that there are some issues with the allowances being granted following the recent algorithm update.

When I actually checked my allowance... It was only 24 $RARE!! lol  
(I had 98 $RARE in this morning!!)  
It seems like there is indeed some trouble.

Let's wait until 48 hours after the test ends.

Additionally, there was another update on a different matter today, July 3rd.

Until now, only **_$RARE_** was accepted, but now you can tip with lowercase **_$rare_** as well.  
I have it registered in my dictionary, so I don't benefit much from this change, but it seems to have been well-received.

This was an update about my favorite channel.  
I truly hope that place becomes a space filled with pure art and a platform that supports all creators, rather than just a place for earning tips.
