# Self & the love of it all

do u ever wonder _what_ the difference is btwn Self-_absorption_ & Self-_involvement_ ?

what r your _bare minimum standards_ ? r they similar (as is relevant) 4 Self care & 4 the love u choose 2 receive from others ?

2 b overly _positive_, or 2 b overly _negative_, or 2 b overly _analytical_ of all ideas, & _why_ do the actions of others affect me _so much_ ?

if it’s easier _said_ than _done_, then _why_ does the saying of the thing feel so good, & _what_ is time, & _who_ is listening when i speak ?

i’ve been wondering a lot lately abt mi _own_ narcissism, & how it affects others, & also how it affects me.

bcz of mi _own_ insecurity, i can either b overly _pessimistic_ by the impact of mi _negative_ actions (& not b harming anyone) or overly _optimistic_ by the impact of mi _positive_ actions (& b doing less than, or exactly, the bare minimum). both thought maladies hurt _all_ parties who involve themselves.

**mi new questions for miself r:**

_who_ have i harmed ?

_how much_ harm have i caused ?

have i _felt_ & expressed remorse ?

have i done _evrything_ in mi power to right the wrong i’ve caused ?

& then, the question becomes, _when_ is it mi turn ? & _what_ do i do when ppl refuse accountability, then expect perfection from me ? i have yet to figure tht part out, even tho i _need_ to.

otherwise, i’ve been doin jus fine.
