RobberyRobbery, that is, open theft of other people's property, -is punishable by compulsory labor for a term of up to four hundred and eighty hours, or correctional labor for a term of up to two years, or restriction of liberty for a term of two to four years, or forced labor for a term of up to four years, or arrest for a term of up to six months, or imprisonment for a term of up to four years. Federal Law No. 162-FZ of 08.12.2003) (see the text in the previous edition) is punishable by forced labor for up to five years or imprisonment for up to seven years with a fine of up to ten thousand rubles or in the amount of wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to one month or without it and with restriction of liberty for up to one year or without it.
