**Christian Dior SE** commonly known as **Dior** (stylized **DIOR**), is a French [multinational](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multinational_corporation) [luxury](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luxury_goods) [fashion house](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fashion_house)[\[2\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dior#cite_note-Infogreffe-2) controlled and chaired by French businessman [Bernard Arnault](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernard_Arnault), who also heads [LVMH](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LVMH). Dior holds 42.36% shares and 59.01% of voting rights within LVMH. The company was founded in 1946 by French fashion designer [Christian Dior](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christian_Dior), who was originally from [Normandy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Normandy). [Haute couture](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haute_couture) is under the _Christian Dior Couture_ division. Delphine Arnault has been the CEO of _Christian Dior Couture_ since 2023.
