    Across Protocol is a new L2-L2 bridge protocol. Currently, the project supports Arbitrum-Ethereum transactions.
    
    The bridge function works by incentivizing relayers to provide short-term loans to users on L1, which are repaid from a liquidity pool on L1 after two hours. This pool is re-funded when funds arrive from L2 transactions. Padding. These transactions are secured by UMA's Optimistic Oracle.
