# Arbitrum Odyssey活动介绍之先导篇

一、什么是Arbitrum?Arbitrum 是针对以太坊 L1 的 L2 可扩展性方案之一，简单理解L1就是以太坊主网，L2就是L1的扩展，而L2最重要的应用就是有效降低gas费（同时减少拥堵）。二、参加Arbitrum Odyssey有什么好处？Arbitrum 是L2上TVL排名第一的项目（见下图一）获得免费Mint NFT的机会，并有机会合成Arbi-verse NFT，进而获得参与该系列后续活动和空投的资格有机会获得相关子项目的空投资格，并加深对子项目的了解，更容易抓住相关项目的后续机会参与活动的操作本质是DeFi交互，有效学习和熟悉相关知识点和操作三、如何参与？参与时间：北京时间2022年6月22日 01：00开始 活动安排：以7天为一个周期，持续8周，内容包括跨链桥、借贷、交易、衍生品、交易等。第1周就只是跨链桥操作，从第2周起，每周分别是2个不同的项目。 a. Week 1: Bridge Week（跨链桥） b. Week 2: Yield Protocol and GMX c. Week 3: Aboard Exchange and TofuNFT d. Week 4: Uniswap and Apex e. Week 5: 1inch and Izumi/Yin Finance f. Week 6: Dodo and Swapr g. Week 7: TreasureDAO and Battlefly h.
