IPO模型：输入-加工-输出。思考的本质是从外部获取信息，加工：神经元之间建立连接，实践。就像学习、知行合一，需要输入-思考-输出。 反观自己以前学习模式，只停留输入或者输入与输出阶段。 自己能想到的思考工具：复述，就是用自己的话复述输入的信息。比如：生活日记，文章提练等。
