# Quantum30 - 30 days of Consistent Learning Challenge

This challenge is not just about learning quantum computing; it's about cultivating the habits of **consistency and perseverance**, key skills that are invaluable in any learning journey.

Why 30 days? Why 1 hour every day? There's a well-known idea that it takes 21 days to form a habit, but research suggests that it actually takes an average of 66 days. We've chosen a 30-day period as a balance between these figures, providing a substantial period for habit formation while still being a manageable commitment. As for the 1-hour daily commitment, it's long enough to make meaningful progress but short enough to fit into a busy schedule.

**Who's this for?**

Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this challenge will enhance your understanding, spark your curiosity in quantum technology, and help you build your personal brand in the Quantum Tech community.

**How It Works**:

1.  **Select Your Path**: Choose to follow a learning path provided by Quantum Computing India (QCI) or pick your own path/book related to quantum computing.
    
2.  **Commit to Daily Learning**: Dedicate at least one hour each day to learning about quantum computing. Consistency is key!
    
3.  **Share Your Learnings**: Post your insights daily as a blog post, LinkedIn post, or Twitter thread. Remember to tag QCI and use the hashtag [#Quantum30](https://www.linkedin.com/feed/hashtag/quantum30days).
    
4.  **Participate in Weekly Catch-ups**: Join weekly discussions with fellow participants to share your learnings and clarify any doubts.
    
5.  **Accumulate Points**: Earn 1 point for each day's submission. After one week, the impressions on your post will be measured and normalized to a scale of 5, giving you additional points.
    
6.  **Climb the Leaderboard**: Make your way up our leaderboard, which is open and visible to all. Weekly leaders and final leaders (top 3) will be announced and stand a chance to win exclusive gifts from QCI.
