# 2k words process

This process is a tool to manage emotions and calibrate thoughts to more focus and peaceful.

On any text editor (preferable is editor that help focus like iA Writer).

Write everything what you have in mind until words counter exceed 2k. If you don’t know what you should write, try to describe your actual or imagined situation.Try to write 2k words without matter what you write.

It’s not necessary to read text after this process. The note that you create is probably chaotic and unlogical. Most important thing is that you write everything, flush your mind and reduce bad emotions in your mind.
