We have been in No. 1 Middle School for a week. The situation here is roughly known. Today, Mr. Guowen gave a topic to teach us to write letters to the gentlemen in our alma mater. They are all very nice and they treat us very kindly. But a Mr. Zhou who teaches English is from Henan. Although he speaks Mandarin, it is not easy for us to understand his words. We don't find all kinds of homework difficult, but there are more subjects, more preview and revision, and more time for self-study than before. We are day students. In school, we have self-study time at 2 o'clock every morning and afternoon. When we come home, we study again at 1.30 or 2 o'clock, so that we can make it clear that there is no debt. Most of the students here are from other places. They told us about various situations in their hometown, and our knowledge increased a lot. We also told them the rough outline of S town. They heard that the monk temple in the town was still a heritage site of the Tang Dynasty, and they all said that they would always visit it if they had the chance.The school building here is very spacious. Houses on four sides, surrounded by flower beds in the middle. The house to the east is the Great Hall, the northwest sides are classrooms, and the south side is the office, reception room and so on. The dormitory is at the back, with two rows of buildings. The sports field is in the east of the Great Hall, and various sports equipments are displayed. We like to play basketball the most, but we're not very good at hitting; in a week, Leroy only hits twice and Dawen only hits once. It seems that there is still much to tell you; take up the pen and write, and write only some of the above, but it seems to have been written. It's much better to talk face to face after all; you say a few words, we say a few words, and you can enjoy the many words that have accumulated in your chest.
