# Introducing Delegate Launchpad - Cohort II

Dear RARI community,

Following the success of RARI Foundation's inaugural [Delegate Launchpad](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/rari-foundation/proposal/4998212454959764411677761814601920941258702940035724218302264365950572124990?chart=0) program, we are excited to present you our first Delegate initiative of 2024: the Launchpad Cohort II!

> Our commitment to strengthening the RARI DAO community continues, and we are thrilled to provide another opportunity for active participation and engagement. The conditions remain the same: we are delegating a total of 30,000 veRARI to 15 eligible candidates, committed to enhancing the RARI DAO ecosystem.

By doing so, we aim to empower and incentivize individuals who have demonstrated a keen interest in contributing to the DAO's growth and development.

**Criteria for Participation**
------------------------------

1.  **Application via Google Form:** Interested candidates must apply via [this form](https://forms.gle/MHGc4uavKjJsmYyE9) until January 22nd, 11:59pm EST.
    
2.  **Former Program Recipients Welcome:** Individuals who have previously participated in our programs may apply. Your prior engagement with RARI Foundation is valued, and this opportunity is open to all, regardless of past involvement.
    
3.  **Transparent Selection Process:** The selection of recipients will be conducted publicly, with the current delegates actively participating in the decision-making process.
    
4.  **Onboarding Requirement:** Finalists selected for delegation must complete an onboarding process to qualify for the veRARI delegations.
    
5.  **Delegation Lock and Cliff:** The selected recipients will be granted a total of 30,000 veRARI tokens. These tokens will be locked for a duration of 13 weeks, with a 14-week cliff period to encourage long-term commitment and engagement.
