# WINGS "Compose"

Wings, Capsid’s 1st NFT collection, consists of 1,000 unique wings that are composable, and owners are able to “sprout” them onto avatar NFTs.

On Sep.23rd, the mint of Wings genesis collection, all 1000 unique Wings were sold out within hours. All time high floor price reached 0.1 eth (10x). Now look at our data, as of Oct.11th, we have 66.3% unique owners, 20+ blue chip holders who are the owners of Doodles, CLONE X, Azuki, BAYC, MAYC, Cool Cats, Moonbirds, etc.

The reveal of the Wings was on Sep.28th, we were glad to see the fans sharing their beautiful wings in our community in the past few weeks. The next step, as mentioned in the interview([RSS](https://rss.com/podcasts/capsid/636134/))([Spotify](https://open.spotify.com/episode/5OyuzqA4Ph0GeKb58ETDAo)) earlier, is the “**Compose**”. The core idea of the wings is to **buy once**, **wear everywhere**. We want to make the art adapt on different avatars, and it never expires!  Imagine this, the wings you own can be worn in the metaverse venue when you meet friends, it can be worn in the game where you show off the power from it, it can be worn in your virtual meeting that other audience would be amazed. In the future, we will build features to power Winged Avatars to split earnings with parent NFTs. Propagation accrues value.

*   Connect your wallet.
    
*   Own an avatar NFT in supported collections.
    
*   Own a WINGS NFT or purchase one from marketplaces like [OpenSea](https://opensea.io/collection/wings-genesis).
    
*   Approve and pay through the wallet. The “Winged Avatar” composite NFT will be minted and airdropped to the your wallet, with an art preview.
    
*   The “Winged Avatar” composite NFT will be revealed in a few days.
