🌿 Rooted and Grounded
----------------------

  

Today begins the book of Psalms—one of the richest, deepest wells of wisdom in the Bible. And Psalm 1 sets the tone beautifully: **Blessing comes through alignment with God. Prosperity comes from delighting in His word.**

  

Meditating on His word is not just an optional spiritual exercise—it’s nourishment, stability, and strength when life feels unstable.

  

It’s a reminder of why I started this journey: not only to build discipline through meditation, but to **anchor myself in Scripture daily**.

  

Life gets busy. Hustle consumes. We forget God, then wonder why our inner world feels chaotic.

  

This verse reminds me:

✔ Wisdom comes from God  
✔ Growth comes from consistency  
✔ Prosperity comes from presence

  

I need to be more intentional in applying this. Not just reading Scripture, but **absorbing it**, reflecting on it, letting it change me.

😈 Half-Truths and the Culture of Sin
-------------------------------------

  

This past week, my mind hasn’t been in the best place. I’ve caught myself rationalizing temptation with thoughts like:

> “It’s okay, God will forgive me.”

  

This is exactly the type of half-truth Satan specializes in.

  

He doesn’t always attack us with blatant evil—he twists truth just enough to make sin feel acceptable, harmless, normal.

  

We see it everywhere:  
violence, lust, escapism, distraction—normalized by culture.

  

I know this, I can articulate it—but I still fail. I still fall.

  

And that’s the paradox of being human:

> **We know right, but we choose wrong.**

Not because we don’t care—but because sin is built into the system.

  

Still, Psalm 1 gives hope:  
A tree doesn’t grow overnight—  
—it grows through consistency, through watering, through alignment.

🧘‍♂ Meditation, Intention, and Retention
-----------------------------------------

  

One thing I’ve realized is how often I read Scripture passively—**without absorbing it.  
**I finish reading, sit in meditation, and immediately forget what I just read.  
Meditation for me isn’t just spiritual—it’s mental rehabilitation.

  

I want to strengthen:

*   focus
    
*   attention
    
*   retention
    
*   intentionality
    

Because without those, wisdom passes through me like water through a sieve.

  

I don’t want to just consume Scripture.  
I want it to transform me.

💹 Crypto Journal
-----------------

  

IRYS got stopped out, while ARTX—another coin I tested—went up 20%, but I didn’t get in. It’s frustrating. Some days it feels like the entire market is rigged against you.

  

That’s part of why I stepped back:  
not quitting, just adjusting.

  

The good news is I minimized damage because I **significantly reduced position sizing**.

  

The system still needs to be tested, though. And today it gave two coins:

Feels risky, but watching closely.  
If it behaves like ARTX, will need to reevaluate.

  

The core point remains:

Not instead of research—  
but **as another layer of intelligence**.

  

In a sea of crypto influencers yelling for attention, you need uniqueness. You need methodology.

And you need discipline.
