I am an aerospace engineer by day and a crypto, finance enthusiast and reader/writer. Previously I co-founded ScrubsUp, a sustainable e-commerce startup which we successfully crowdfunded to more than 700% of our target. We closed this down after 2 years to pursue new opportunities. I love hiking, swimming, lifting, surfing and have built a strong curiosity about high performance living and longevity.
