Emo Kirk @emolikememo in the metaverse we don’t have to have Friday 13ths… kinda like hotels that just skip floors 3 12:35 PM • May 13, 2022 Guest Voting is LIVE! 🗳️The biggest thing we’ve been working on this week is voting for our guests for Season 2 of the podcast! We ran into some technical snafus when we initially closed our guest nomination period and opened up our guest voting period on Tuesday of this week, but all of that has since been resolved. We then re-launched our guest voting period yesterday and are well on our way to selecting our podcast lineup for Season 2. In many ways, the last few weeks have been a big crash course on DAO tooling for us, and we’re grateful for the learnings. If you hold a Podcaster NFT, which looks like the image below, you are eligible to vote for our next season of podcast guests.Podcaster NFTVoting is taking place right now on Snapshot. You have until Tuesday, May 17 at 10am PT to vote, but why wait til the last minute? This is probably going to be as fun of a weekend activity as anything else you’ll come up with. We currently have 5 nominees tied for first place:Kseniya and Nichanan (Meta Gamma Delta DAO), nominated by Zayi ReyesKatherine Wu (Archetype, CCI), nominated by Diana ChenScott Moore (Gitcoin), nominated by Diana ChenMeltem Demirors (CoinShares), nominated by Diana ChenSpencer Graham (DAOhaus), nominated by JPWe’re only about 24 hours into voting, so a lot can still change, but this is a super solid preliminary leaderboard of guests. We’re still on track with this schedule and will be releasing a Season 2 trailer episode next Thursday, May 19 with a sneak preview of what’s to come.
