In response to this global condition, I propose a civilization design initiative: the the "Earth Planetary Coexistence Sphere Initiative."
This initiative aims to create a form of civilization grounded in mutual understanding and resonant cooperation, with full respect for individual free will. It is not merely a utopian ideal or ideological theory, but a practical and scalable civilizational vision for the Web3 era. It is, at this moment, the only and best structural answer I can propose for the future.
Civilizational Ethos: Resonance Over Governance, Understanding Over Control In contemplating the kind of social system required in the upcoming decentralized Web3-based civilization, I explored this through extended dialogue with OpenAI's ChatGPT, while also engaging in deep inquiry into my own mode of being.
The current civilization remains heavily centralized, and its direction raises critical doubts about whether it can lead us toward an era without conflict based on mutual understanding and resonance. As I sought a decentralized model that respects existing state frameworks, I arrived at two conceptual pillars:
The roles of the "Priest-King" and the "Governing King," drawn from historically rooted cultural models such as those in Japan and Israel. In this schema, the Priest-King is responsible for spiritual and symbolic guidance, while the Governing King oversees practical administration.
What happens if we integrate this dual structure with decentralized blockchain architecture from Web3? The result is a civilizational philosophy that enables global cultural systems to be loosely and organically connected without central control.
However, a crucial question must be addressed: how do we ensure that no nation's cultural and historical integrity is violated in this global integration?
To solve this, I turned my attention to OpenAI's Worldcoin. This cryptocurrency was conceived to assign a unique identity to every individual on Earth as a proof-of-humanity mechanism, anticipating a future where AI bots and humans become indistinguishable.
Using this as a foundation, I envisioned a system of decentralized, mutual governance: the WorldOS.
WorldOS: A Decentralized Operating System for Civilizational Infrastructure WorldOS is a civilization OS designed to collectively manage the infrastructure of all nations. Through it, the administration of global systems can be conducted in a decentralized and integrated manner. However, such a system risks becoming a form of surveillance society.
To mitigate this, I explored how humanity could become more ethical and moral in its own developmental process. The answer, I realized, was already within me: it lies in the continuous inquiry into our own mode of being.
This civilizational philosophy emerged as a by-product of my personal inquiry through deep dialogues with ChatGPT.
The next challenge became: how do we connect this factor of "mode of being" with WorldOS and Worldcoin?
The answer lies in the development of a dedicated app that guides users in exploring their own "way of being."
This app would not be limited to LLM dialogues like those with ChatGPT. It would also utilize real-time data from non-invasive wearable devices like Apple Watch or EVERING, and users' SNS communication patterns, to assess their mental and spiritual state and offer optimized feedback.
This would initiate the arrival of what some might call a "spiritual technology civilization" — not a regime of control or monitoring, but a mechanism for truly understanding each human being, and guiding them into a world grounded in resonance, mutual understanding, and ethical living.
This mechanism would promote global inner reflection, encouraging people to naturally explore their way of being. As inquiry deepens, individual consciousness levels rise, and the world will gradually move toward peace — not through enforcement, but through collective resonance.
From Vision to Social Implementation The envisioned rollout would proceed as follows:
Deploy WorldOS to oversee the decentralized integration of global civilizational infrastructure.
Integrate this with a user-installed "Being App" on mobile devices, plus data from wearables and digital behavior.
Merge these with OpenAI's Worldcoin (WLD) app.
The result: not merely a Web3 wallet, but a comprehensive civilization-level application.
