Introduction
============

We are building a decentralized, on-chain reputation evaluation and project oversight protocol designed to tackle the issues of transparency, fake reviews, and insufficient project progress monitoring in the blockchain space.

Our platform enables users to publicly review projects and key figures (such as investors and project leaders), while also requiring projects to regularly publish progress updates so that the community can effectively oversee and provide feedback.

The protocol employs a hybrid verification mechanism that combines algorithmic pre-assessment—similar to a PageRank-based trust calculation—with DAO community voting to ensure reviews are both credible and fair. Users are required to stake a certain amount of native tokens when submitting reviews. Genuine reviews are rewarded, whereas malicious or fake reviews are penalized.

Initially, all operations will be based on Base chain native tokens; however, we plan to introduce a dedicated platform token through a TGE in the future to further enrich our economic incentives and governance mechanisms.

By creating this transparent and immutable evaluation system, our goal is to provide investors, retail users, and industry observers with a comprehensive understanding of projects and their teams, ultimately reducing investment risks and driving the healthy development of the blockchain ecosystem.
