Total read-time is about 5 minutes Year in Review: 2022 was filled with ups and downs. As we all know the web3 space has been filled with good and bad actors. From the dreaded “rugpull” and overly-ambitious roadmaps destined for failure, to huge turnarounds and successes, the “build in the bear” grind-set has allowed for greater interaction and contribution from communities to their board of executives. This mantra has been consistent in NFT projects and blockchain entities, and will determine the fate of the decentralized world. One could say “sink or swim” should be at the forefront of everyone’s mind. Institutional Void: As previously mentioned, the space has seen lots of failure. Most people, whether due to ignorance or spite, use NFT, Crypto, and Blockchain interchangeably due to the buy low, sell high nature of this often-manipulative space. We can’t change everyone’s mind, but we can introduce something new and meaningful. Something that can extend far beyond crypto usage while leveraging founding principles like decentralized governance, digital commerce, and public ledger for transparent audit trails. What if we eliminated the financial “game” and just focused on the community? People should be able to come together in a public or private forum and rely on each other for growth; whether that growth is artistic, business, self-development, or even a vision is up to the community. After all, the root of happiness is experience which introduces prjkt (pronounced project.) `I strongly believe “Exposure leads to expansion” and the goal of Prjkt is to take ownership of your experiences and distribute them to a core collective.` Objective: Realizing that your experiences are qualifiers for what makes you a professional is the first step in realizing your potential. There were years I spent as an accountant before meeting someone one day who told me, you really know your stuff. Usually, this realization comes in the form of getting a new job, being promoted, or being asked to speak on behalf of a topic. I call these “transition moments,” where one realizes worth after a patient & dedicated grind. I would like us to grow to have the following entities under the Prjkt umbrella 1. \[untitled\] - an art publication for up & coming 3d artists and painters + storefront 2. \[untitled\] - a consulting infrastructure for Prjkt members to take on clients in an advisory manner 3. \[untitled\] - hub with open-source assets for anyone, anywhere, at any time to use. (think stock footage, photo, audio, artwork service) & possibly many more, but these are most important for foundation. Prjkt is designed to maximize these transition moments in the form of education and shared experiences. We come together with financial objective without using the community (should be seen as friends & family) as direct financial leverage. From here, you will be better at pursuing your own endeavors externally and adopt new mediums & skills while getting live peer-review in the process. The growth opportunities are limitless and are owned by us individually. Our strength comes from us.
