# Nightstands

Earlier this year, Rachel got a pair of nightstands for our bedroom that were painted yellow. She ended up painting them white and they worked out great. Earlier this week, she wanted a different color and while I was at Home Depot I found one called Winter Way (which obviously that was a color meant for us ). I ended up stripping the paint off first this time, and was hoping the wood would be nice enough to not even need painting (I actually probably did this step first before buying the paint… but I have a 1 year old so my sleep/ memory isn’t great right now) but it was not. In the end, I think they look great. I still am not a painter but I did enjoy the process. I forgot to get a photo of them while they were white, but here’s as I was stripping the paint off:After:
