    To All Employees,

Today, I want to talk about some of the stories you might have been hearing about the direction of the company.

The company is announcing its annual performance, as you can see, it has been another loss-marketing year, the main reason for this was the slow of exports to Asia and South America. We also have tough competition here at home, with cheap imports coming from overseas. as a result, we are now no longer the market leader.

After considering, We needs to move some of our processes overseas to take advantage of cheap labors. It would be profitable to company. Also we will be downsizing by cutting some of ours product lines and departments. I'm sorry to announce that we will be having 20% layoffs. I understand this could be tough for some of you. But if we don't make this decision, The company won't be able to get through this period time.

Our HR will be in contact with all of you with details of these job losses. Sorry again, You all are so valuable to the company, So those employees who are losing their jobs will be offered compensation and help with retraining and searching for new jobs.

If you have any questions about this decision, please feel free to contact me here.

    Sincerely yours,
    Robin
    CEO
