With Blackrock leading the ETF applications, the “TBTF” banks launching a non-custodial crypto settlement exchange on Wall Street (EDX) backed by Citadel, Fidelity and C.Schwab, many other institutions are completing their backside 540o’s and seizing the opportunity to capture crypto interest around the world, not the least of which are the likes of Deutsche Bank and HSBC. Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong regulatory bodies are all making the shift to lead the space in the wake of the US falling asleep at the wheel.  AI technologies continue to converge into blockchains, with big layer 1s such as Ethereum, Cardano, Avalanche incorporating some form of AI assistance into their tech stacks. Binance is continuing to shutter its exchanges in various jurisdictions around the world, and all (including Coinbase and Ripple) continue their years-long battles against the SEC. Interoperability continues to be a significant narrative for innovation, in-line with what Coinweb has been building from the ground-up all along.
