投资概要：Celestia属于公链赛道，精简的第一层区块链，仅专注于交易进行排序并且使交易数据可用， 不处理智能合约和计算，这些是Celestia的模型外包或汇总其他区块链的功能，这是灵活模块化设计的核心组件。该公司成立于2019年，当时名为LazyLedge，并于2021年更名为Celestia，作为首个模块化区块链，主要目的是解决目前公链所遇到的痛点，团队中的主要团队管理人员拥有丰富的业内经验，尤其在构建和扩展以太坊、Cosmos 和 Harmony 等项目的区块链方面拥有丰富的经验。在融资背景上，目前总融资为5650万美金，融资背景强大，背后投资者为头部投行，社区情况discord和TG都较为活跃，拥有大量讨论搭建测试网信息。目前还没有详细的代币计划。
