This report is about the fraudulent activities of Samuel Mikail who is a very prolific and sophisticated international scammer. He has been operating for the past 10 years and continues to defraud people to this day. Samuel Mikail uses a network of cronies to open and manage companies and holding companies in the UK, Singapore, Switzerland, Germany and the USA. He has a pattern of posing as a wealthy investor to unsuspecting investors and start-up directors. He then uses their invention / technology to inflate the value of the company, creating fictitious business plans to attract wealthy investors.
