据北京日报报道，4月22日，中国疾控中心公布全国新型冠状病毒感染疫情最新情况。对比4月15日中疾控公布数据，4月14日至4月20日，新监测到12种本土重点关注变异株。 2022年12月9日以来，各省份报告人群新冠病毒核酸检测阳性数及阳性率呈现先增加后降低趋势，阳性人数12月22日达到高峰（694万）后波动下降，2023年4月20日降至2661例；检测阳性率2022年12月25日达高峰（29.2%）后波动下降，2023年4月20日为1.7%。
