### THESIS:

A DAO that aims to collect pieces from the 6529 ecosystem and spread the values of decentralization, sovereignty, pseudonymity and privacy through various community led initiatives to achieve the vision of an Open and Free Metaverse!

### ACQUISITION GOALS:

*   6529 Gradient(s)
    
*   Multiple NakamotoFreedom Cards
    
*   Full set of Meme Cards
    
*   Any future 6529 collections
    

### MEMBERSHIP:

*   An ERC-721 token that will act as the primary membership and voting token of the DAO. This will be setup through manifold.xyz
    
*   Founder Tokens initial cost: 0.2E
    
*   Founder Supply: 50
    
*   A weekly new addition to seizerdao through a token auction in which all funds go to the treasury and are used for DAO initiatives or acquisitions. 
    
*   These auctions will initially be for a period of 1 year, beyond which, the DAO can vote on continuity or explore other models.
    

### GOVERNANCE:

*   Governance on all major DAO decisions to be done through snapshot.org.
    

### TREASURY:

*   4 of 7 multi-sig on [safe.io](http://safe.io)
    
*   7 validators to be voted on by all Founder maxis before being added to the multi-sig.
    

### CONTRIBUTORS AND REWARDS:

*   Contributors will receive DAO tokens in exchange for their contributions
    
*   Every 4th token from the weekly auction for the first 1 year goes to a separate contributor multisig to be vested and shared among the founding contributors of the project
    
*   If the weekly auctions are extended for a further period, then the tokens will continue to go to a contributors multi-sig in the same ratio.
