IPOs in the United States showed the worst results in almost three decades. 214 companies conducted IPOs to raise a total of $21.8 billion. Last year, during 1,091 IPOs on U.S. exchanges, primary shares worth $335 billion were sold. All this was caused by the use of leverage, leverage and even more leverage
