1.OP投票首先钱包里有OP代币，stake或者提供LP均无法参与投票: 2.OP投票需要先委托自己，才能投票，这里面填自己的地址进行委托 官方修改委托链接：https://app.optimism.io/delegates 第三方查询、修改链接：https://delegation.tools/ P.S. 如果已经委托给别人，那就不需要操作自己投票了。 3.投票链接：https://snapshot.org/#/opcollective.eth 4.每次投票都是先进行链上快照之内有投票权才能参与投票，如果显示投票power为0，说明没在快照内，耐心等待后续投票即可。 5.投票没有OP代币数量要求
