I'm Sheratan.eth, a friendly and happy guy, probably you wonder, why are you reading this? Well because you are looking for a raw and true POV (point of view) about leadership.

That's right, I will share my thoughts and experience after many years working with people, maybe you can learn something useful to improve your skills or learn how to lead others.

I have experience leading people in technology, construction (yep building houses), and common services; consequently, I have too much to share.
