**Dear Community,**

The Shprd fees distribution #4 is designed to reward wallet addresses that have completed the KYC process and held either NPX (Ethereum) or NPXB (BSC) tokens as of July 03, 2024.

For Q2 2024, **a total of 1,423 USDC in fees** have been collected from vaults on the Arbitrum and Ethereum blockchains. A group of 77 wallet addresses met the eligibility criteria. The snapshot of these wallet addresses, which had holdings of either NPX (Ethereum) or NPXB (BSC), was captured on July 03, 2024.
