Mission

*   **Provide infrastructure for interacting with web3 products using collaboration to achieve individual goals and collective goals**

Membership Requirements
-----------------------

*   **Being a member of the DAO can be achieved by actively contributing through verifiable work which can include on and off chain activity**
    
*   **Participate in the discussion, creation, voting and documentation of proposals**
    
*   **Learn and make improvements to DAO processes**
    
*   **Monitor and record progress for the creation of metrics to measure DAO health**
    
*   **Source information that will lead to DAO success**
    

Goals
-----

*   **Share ideas to educate members and benefit the crypto space**
    
*   **Have Members actively participating**
    
*   **Increase Membership**
    
*   **Increase presence influence in other DAOs and media spaces**
    
*   **Grow the DAO so that it financially supports its own operations**
    
*   **Iterate documents and code as lessons are learned**

Changes and Amendments
----------------------

*   **Changes or amendments to the constitution require a vote and double the usual quorum at any given time**
