このシリーズ記事では、「大きな医療」（文脈依存）と「小さな医療」（脱文脈）を対比することで、医療の現象を整理して説明できるのではないか、という試論から出発してみます。 SUMMARY In this series of articles, I will start with an attempt to contrast 'big medicine' (context-dependent) with 'small medicine' (decontextualised), which may help to organise and explain medical phenomena.はじめに正しいこと？正しいと思っていたことが、正しくなかった。 これは日々起こっているできごとです。 医療も同じこと。 科学的とか、根拠とか、そういった類のものの本質でもあり、魅力でもあります。 「効果があるかないかわからなくても、体に良さそうなら試してみよう」 という姿勢と、 「科学的に効果がないものを、避ける」 という姿勢は、 ただ体によいことを追求している点で、とてもよく似ています。 大きな医療と小さな医療このシリーズ記事では、 「大きな医療」（文脈依存）と「小さな医療」（脱文脈）を対比することで、 医療の現象を整理して説明できるのではないか、という試論から出発してみます。 生（生存）に関心が強すぎて、死から遠ざかってしまっている世間が 現代医療に大きな影響を与えている という仮説をもとに、 日々起こっている現象を紐解いてみたいと思います。Paragraph試験投稿情報と人をゆるやかにつなぐプラットフォーム「小さな医療」のひとつのメディアとして、Paragraphを試験的に活用してみます。 Paragraphはweb2とweb3の機能を併せもつ次世代型ニュースレタープラットフォームで、これからの情報発信に活躍すると期待しています。トークンゲートにも試行錯誤、取り組んでみたいと思います。 興味のある方は登録をお願いします。SubscribeParagraph pilot post Paragraph will be used on a trial basis as one of the media for the platform 'Small Medicine', which loosely connects information and people.
