# 'Building Blocks' My Debut Sample Pack

This week I release my first sample pack on [Kits.io](https://www.kits.io/packs/building-blocks)!

It’s a collection of musical building blocks that to me represent the things that connect all my favourite music. Whether that’s James Blake, The Weeknd or Jamie xx; to me there is a sonic connection between the artists that inspire me which draws from alternative electronic influences.

I’m excited to announce I’ve partnered with [@kitsio](https://twitter.com/kitsio_) and [@Riffappxyz](https://twitter.com/Riffappxyz) for a collaborative activation to help those who create with the samples grow on the web3 social layer [Lens Protocol](https://www.lens.xyz/) .

Riff / Beatz.xyz have built a custom dashboard that allows anyone that collected the pack to upload a snippet of their created track, where we can all listen to each others work, share and bring visiblity to each other through collaboration.

If you want to submit a snippet you need to collect the Building Blocks pack at [https://www.kits.io/packs/building-blocks](https://www.kits.io/packs/building-blocks)

Once you’re on the contest dashboard click on Enter Competition which will lead you to the snippet upload.

Upload your track, select the snippet and share it!
