We’re empowering **creators**, **holders**, and **liquidity providers** with direct `ACS incentives` to the liquidity pool—helping your project gain visibility, traction, and lasting support. ⏰ Activity Period: ------------------ ### Daily Contest: * First round starts from 04/01/2025 13:00 UTC, (same time with ACS Season 5) * Runs daily from 13:00 PM to 12:59 PM UTC+0 (24 hours). ### **Season Contest** * First season contest starts from 04/01/2025 13:00 UTC to 04/11/2025 13:00 UTC `(same time with ACS Season 5)` * The Soneium Creators Contest will run `6 seasons`, until **May 30, 2025** * Each season lasts `10 days` **🛠** Who Can Participate? --------------------------- All `memecoins` natively launched on `Soneium` that meet the following conditions are eligible to participate in the contest: ### Launchpad `SoneFi Meme launchpad:` [https://sonefi.xyz/#/memeLaunch](https://sonefi.xyz/#/memeLaunch) `ACS Dashboard:` [https://acs.astar.network/](https://acs.astar.network/) ### Meme launch time request ### `1️⃣ Daily Contest:` **Memecoins** launched at least `48 hours` before each round of competition. `Example:` > Daily starting from April 1st 13:00 pm(UTC) to April 2, 12:59 pm. Memes should be launched before March 30th 13:00 pm(UTC). `2️⃣ Season Contest` **Memecoins** must be launched at least `48 hours` before the season contest ends to be eligible. `Example:` > For this season (Round 1), that means only memecoins launched before April 9, 2025, at 12:59 PM UTC can participate. ### Winner benchmark: * Memecoins bonded * TOP 10 token holders <= 60% * Transactions >=50 * Market Cap >=5k **📊** Contest Rules -------------------- During the contest, each `memecoin` will be ranked based on the following `metrics` and `weight ratios` to determine the corresponding rewards: ![Memecoins Metrics](https://storage.googleapis.com/papyrus_images/82f7d44805de94fa3dbd74e75a321409bb9fc9dc53736317076949de70e43a3d.png) Memecoins Metrics The final score is calculated using the following weighted formula: > Score = `(Market Cap Rank × 30%) + (Price Increase Rank × 20%) + (Trading Volume Rank × 50%)` **_A lower score indicates a better ranking on the leaderboard._** `For example,` if Token `A` has achieved the following rankings: * Market Cap: 2nd place * Price Increase: 3rd place * Trading Volume: 4th place **The final score is calculated as:** `(2×30%)+(3×20%)+(4×50%)=0.6+0.6+2=3.2` ### **Note:** * The `ranking criteria` are the same for `both` daily and season competitions, with the only difference being the `calculation period.` * If two `memecoins` have the same score, the one with the `higher` trading volume will be ranked higher. For `season Kings` of Memes: The `6 spots` will be allocated based on the ranking. 2. In the `daily contest`, a meme can only win `multiple times` and still compete for the `season winner.` 3. Each `meme` has only one `multiple` chance to win in the `daily contest` and `season contest` 🏆 About ACS Rewards Distribution ================================= ### When will the ACS rewards be completed？ After verifying the `Kings benchmark`, SoneFi will announce the kings on [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/urZ8ksUvFX) and [X](https://x.com/SoneFi_xyz) and support will be completed within `24 hours` after the announcement of the king. If the `top 1 meme` does not meet the winner benchmark, `verification` will move to the `top 2 memecoin`, and so on (updated). `ACS rewards` will be distributed `directly` to the liquidity providers of kings, excluding those from the bonded factory LPs. **📌 Important Notes & Definitions** ------------------------------------ ### Definitions of Key Indicators * 💡 **Trading Volume:** The total trading volume of a memecoin during the contest. * 💡 **Market Cap:** The total market value of a memecoin's circulating supply. * 💡 **Price Increase:** The percentage increase in a memecoin’s price compared to the same time on the previous day (daily contest) or the same time 10 days ago (season contest). * 💡 **Active Holders:** The number of wallet addresses holding the memecoin with at least 1 transaction during the contest. * 💡 **Launch Time Description:** The launch day of a memecoin is determined by its first ‘pool trading’ time, as a liquidity pool is essential for transactions and eligibility to compete. ### 🔎 Leaderboard Information * `Leaderboard` data will be updated in real time, there may be a delay of `10 minutes`, so please be patient. * If your memecoin is missing from the leaderboard or if you believe its data is incorrect, please reach out to us on [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/urZ8ksUvFX), and we will promptly address the issue. * We will release the latest information on SoneFi [X](https://x.com/SoneFi_xyz) please follow us. 🚨 **Fair Play Rules:** ----------------------- SoneFi reserves the right to disqualify any memecoin engaging in: * Wash trading 🚫 * Illegal bulk wallets/self-dealing ⚠️ * IP infringement 📛 * Market manipulation tactics 💀 * `SoneFi` team reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate, and/or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this Promotion, changing the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and/or the timing of any act to be done, and all participants shall be bound by any such amendments. **⚠️ Disclaimer** ----------------- Digital assets are highly speculative and involve a significant risk of loss.
