# Sonder

Life can get busy.

But sometimes, in the rush of it all, we have these moments of realisation.

They call it “sonder” — that feeling where you suddenly understand that everyone you see, every single person, has a whole life going on, just as rich and complicated as your own.

It’s easy to get caught up in our own world, our own worries and happy dances.

But sonder reminds us to look up, to see the amazing people around us.

Every face has stories behind it — dreams they chase, fears they hold close, victories they celebrate, and moments of sadness they carry.

We’re all on this journey together, sharing pieces of the same path.

May we try to see the value in everyone we meet.

Maybe with a little kindness, a touch of empathy, and a curious heart,

we can start to understand and appreciate the incredible stories unfolding all around us.
