Our world can feel noisy sometimes.

There’s always something buzzing or clanging.

In the past, there used to be this loud silence.

Quiet meant feeling lonely or a little empty.

But now, it has become something different — a chance to find pure enjoyment and contentment!

In that stillness, we can hear the gentle thump of our own hearts, a calming rhythm all our own.

It’s a chance to find peace, comfort, and maybe even rediscover who we are deep down.

The quietest whispers can hold the most meaning.

And when things are still, we can feel God’s presence even closer.

Let the noise fade away for a while.

Let’s enjoy the sweet calm that comes with appreciating this gift of solitude.
