# 玩转Lens及生态（附教程）

Lens 协议是 Polygon Proof-of-Stake 区块链上的 Web3 社交图。它旨在使创作者能够拥有自己与社区之间的联系，形成一个完全可组合的、用户拥有的社交图谱。该协议从一开始就考虑到了模块化，允许添加新功能和修复，同时确保用户拥有的内容和社交关系不可变。

很多人看到Lens无从下手，今天就手把手教大家怎么来玩Lens及生态。

1、首先玩lens生态先要有个lens域名，否则接下来的一些列操作都无法进行。

前期参加二月份的都有个绑定的域名（这里查看是否有资格[领取](https://claim.lens.xyz/)），后面参加官方活动的有一个自定义域名。这里如果没有域名的可以去[Opensea](https://opensea.io/collection/lens-protocol-profiles)上购买个。

10.1、Lens Frens

Lens Frens 是 Lens 团队自己打造的应用，用于搜索和关注其他用户在 Lens Protocol 上创建的 Profile NFT。进入 Lens Frens 主页后，连接钱包即可开始检索和关注。值得注意的是，有的 Profile NFT 是需要支付一定 wMATIC 才可以关注的。

Lens Frens 相当于 Lens Protocol 的「原厂」应用，在这里创建和关注的 Profile NFT 可以用于所有基于 Lens 打造的应用，不再需要像传统社交平台那样「一 App 一号」。
