# On / Off The Universal Language

In many ways we as humans have been trying for centuries to understand each other, just to find out that language is a limited tool that is unable to do this efficiently because we all experiment/understand language in a different ways, with a myriad of constraints either by our understanding or by the delivery method which many times prevents us from transmitting our information as it was intended to be. Concepts, ideas, information; are usually misunderstood not in a conscious or unconscious way, but in a mechanical way, because the tool we use is flawed since it is left to interpretation and delivery method. That is why nobody can argue with the finality On/Off, this is why digital is the new universal language, computers help us distill the most complicated ideas into 1 - 0 or Switch ON or OFF, it is this finality that might be the way we all communicate in a universal and uncontroverted way. This is why Smart Contracts will take over Common Law contracts , the finality of this method will simplify our need to needlessly argue about the minuteness of words but fully grasp the terms of an agreement .
