On Tuesday, Cboe Global Markets (Cboe Global Markets) submitted a proposal to the US Securities and Exchange Commission proposing to list on the Cboe BZX Exchange the spot bitcoin jointly issued by stock picker Cathie Wood's Ark Invest and cryptocurrency investment products company 21Shares.
