The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a court filing on May 12 requesting amendments to its $22 million penalty against blockchain-based file-sharing network LBRY. The SEC believes that LBRY has ceased operations and does not have the funds to pay a higher fine, so it wants to reduce the fine to $111,614.
