The company Securitize, which is collaborating with BlackRock this time, is a digital asset securities company focused on RWAs and has a large business scale. In 2019, it obtained SEC transfer agent registration qualification and secured a $48 million financing round led by blockchain capital and the Tactical Value arm of Morgan Stanley Investment Management in 2021. In 2022, Securitize provided tokenized investment funds for the US fund KKR; last year, Securitize announced tokenization services for private credit funds of asset management company Hamilton Lane
