When you are doing a certain thing, you are very firm, and you feel that you can not care about whether you are full or not, and whether you are warm or not, it doesn't matter. But you will find that the biggest obstacle is not from yourself, but from the surrounding environment, those close friends, family members, or people who are irrelevant. What you see, hear, and people with creates a feeling of doubt, remorse, and even shame. But you can get over them and go on doing your thing regardless, and that's love. Keep loving, will live up to life
