[StateOfEth.com](https://stateofeth.com) aims to bridge the gap between data and education, serving as a rallying point for the social layer to promote positive change within the Ethereum ecosystem. The vision for this can be described as DefiLlama meets [ClientDiversity.org](http://ClientDiversity.org).

The inspiration for [StateOfEth.com](http://StateOfEth.com) was arrived at from the creation of [ClientDiversity.org](http://ClientDiversity.org) and wanting to highlight other important metrics. [EthSunshine.com](http://EthSunshine.com) became a proof of concept for that desire. After taking in learnings from the prior initiatives, the next iteration evolved into [StateOfEth.com](http://StateOfEth.com).
